Archive is a Bushwick community staple, and by that I mean one of the staples of the young, artist, student, hipster, loft communities of Bushwick. Nonetheless it’s a decent space with a pretty nonchalant, non-imposing vibe. It’s a decent size with a bunch of different tables, couch, chair, etc that can accommodate singles to groups and it’s good for just chilling, reading, internetting, or talking. Also good for checking out flyers and notices of things going on. The crowd is still young enough to be optimistic, not too many trust funders but also not a lot of eccentric curiosities either. It’s a coffee shop type coffee shop. On top of all that it’s a video/dvd rental place with a pretty decent collection from indy to action. For anyone in the area, Archive is a pretty obvious choice.
